Bloomingfoods and World Class Beer Tasting

Last, but certainly not least, we will have a couple of Upland brews to try, including its seasonal release, a Brown Ale cleverly named Upland Nut Hugger.

And what could be better than sampling ice cold beer on a warm summer evening?  Pairing those beers with some of the delectable local meats that Bloomingfoods meat department carries, that’s what.  That’s right, our seasoned kitchen staff with be grilling up Fischer Farms brats, Rice’s hamburgers, and Bloomingfood’s own vegan, gluten free veggie burgers (the best I’ve ever had, mind you) for all attendees to sample.  Our generous grocery department is even donating delicious, salty snacks to complete your beer and food experience.

Speaking of donating, did I mention that World Class, Bee Creek, Upland, Fischer Farms, Rices’, and Bloomingfoods are all donating these fine products to our event, gratis?  Well, they are, because this is a beer tasting in the name of charity.  All proceeds from the $5.00 entry fee will go to benefit Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard.  So please, if you’re 21 years of age or older, come join us for beer, food, live music and an all around good time!
