This Thanksgiving, celebrate with a local bounty from a source you trust! We are excited to offer many of the same great choices you have come to know and love.

We are once again offering local pasture-raised turkeys, as well as house-made sides & pies to help you plan your meal with ease.

We will be taking pre-orders for Thanksgiving on Thursday, October 19th, through Monday, November 6th (EXTENDED TO TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7TH). We will also have options available in our grab-n-go coolers at both stores while supplies last. Questions? Contact info@bloomingfoods.coop.

  • Pre-order pick-up will be Monday, November 20th, through Wednesday, November 22nd. Payment will be due at the time of pick-up.

  • Yes, Organic Prairie (La Farge, WI) turkey. However, it is not available for pre-orders; it is in-store pick-up only and while supplies last. Please visit the “In-Store Pickup” section of our catalog.

  • No, I am sorry, we do not. All of our turkey and duck options are uncooked.

  • Unfortunately, we price by volume and not by weight, so we can not give accurate servings for our sides. They are sold as 32 oz containers, which may vary by weight. A 32 ounce container of green bean casserole might be 3 or more pounds in weight, as opposed to the 2 lbs that you'd think for 32 oz. We are looking into focusing more on the weight of sides in the future to streamline the ordering process.

  • Yes, however only while supplies last and it is on a first come, first serve basis.


Cooking Instructions

Turkey Gravy
Reheat in a small saucepan on stove top. Using a low heat setting, stir frequently until gravy reaches a temperature of at least 165 F.

Mushroom Gravy
Reheat in a small saucepan on stove top. Using a low heat setting, stir frequently until gravy reaches a temperature of at least 165 F.

Green Bean Casserole
Preheat Oven to 350 F. Bake with dish covered for 35 minutes. Take out and remove cover and top with crispy onions and bake uncovered for an additional 15 min. Make sure product has reached an internal temperature of at least 165 F.

Cornbread Stuffing
Preheat Oven to 350 F. Bake with dish covered for 35 minutes. Take out and remove cover and bake for an additional 10-15 min. Make sure product has reached an internal temperature of at least 165 F.

Mac and Cheese
Preheat Oven to 350 F. Bake with dish covered for 35 minutes. Take out and remove cover and bake for an additional 10-15 min. Make sure product has reached an internal temperature of at least 165 F.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Preheat Oven to 350 F. Place Brussels sprouts on a small sheet pan and bake for 15 min or till desired "browning" has been achieved. Make sure product has reached an internal temperature of at least 165 F.

Roasted Root Veggies
Preheat Oven to 350 F. Place root veggies on a small sheet pan and bake for 10 min or till desired "browning" has been achieved. Check frequently and be careful not to burn. 

Sweet Potato & Apples
Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake covered for 30 min. Remove top and bake for an additional 10-15 min. Make sure product has reached an internal temperature of at least 165 F.

Vegan Wellington
Preheat oven to 350 F. Carefully place wellington on a sheet tray and bake on center rack (if possible). Bake for 25-35 min or until  product has reached an internal temperature of at least 165 F.
