Community Kitchen of Monroe County is our March Positive Change recipient!

Community Kitchen is the largest provider of free meals in Monroe County. They do that by providing dinner to anyone in need, no questions asked, from two locations and various mobile sites, Monday – Saturday, year-round. They have outreach programs to reach children, seniors and the chronically ill. In 2023, Community Kitchen provided 325,446 meals and snacks. 54% of the individuals they served were children, while 14% were seniors and 13% were unhoused, or had been in the previous six months. All donations will be used for Community Kitchen’s hunger relief efforts in Monroe County.
