General Giveaway Rules, Terms, & Conditions

Giveaway rules will vary for each giveaway, and rules must be followed for an entry to be valid.

  • Ways an entry can be made and vary for each giveaway:

    • Facebook

    • Instagram

    • TikTok

    • Online form on this page

    • Electronic entry at Bloomingfoods East via a QR code or Shopper kiosk

    • Electronic entry at Bloomingfoods West via QR code or Shopper Kiosk

  • Entry rules may differ per entry type (ex., social media entries may require likes, tagging, and/or comments).

  • Winners will be drawn at random from all combined entries unless specified otherwise.

  • Entries must include first and last names.

  • Entries must include a current email address and phone number in order to be contacted.

  • Must be 18 years old to enter.

  • Our giveaways exclude beer, wine, and supplements.

  • Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by/associated with any social media platform used throughout the giveaways.

  • Employees of Bloomingfoods are not eligible to win.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.

  • One entry person unless otherwise noted.

  • Winners must claim their prize within 72 hrs of being contacted about being a winner.

  • Prizes are not shipped, and a time must be scheduled with the Marketing Department to pick up the giveaway prize.

  • Winners will have two weeks to pick up their prizes after being notified unless other arrangements are made.

  • Your privacy is very important to us and is never sold or shared with third parties.

  • By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to the giveaway rules, terms, & conditions.

1. EarthFest Giveaways! Accepting entries April 22nd-May 9th!

  1. One lucky winner will win a large Fair Trade basket filled with Fair Trade, local and environmentally friendly products!

  2. One lucky winner will win a brand new bike! This bike giveaway is in partnership with one of our Community Partners, Revolution Bike & Bean!

To enter, complete the Giveaway Entry Form below. Two winners (one winner for the bike and one winner for the basket filled with products) will be drawn at random and contacted via email on Wednesday, May 13th. Per the General Giveaway Rules, Terms, & Conditions listed above, the winner will have 72 hours to claim their prize, or a new winner will be drawn.

The Giveaway Entry Form below is only open April 22nd-May 9th for our EarthFest Giveaways.

Any entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be valid or counted toward a giveaway.
