The Smithville Farmers’ Market serves southern Monroe County and Northern Lawrence County. Located off Strain Ridge Road at the Smithville Park Shelter House, next to the historic Redman Hall in Smithville. The market features between 12 and 20 vendors each week, featuring fresh produce, handmade crafts and baked goods. The market runs from the beginning of May throughout the growing season, until September. Hours are 8 am until Noon, each Saturday.
