This Thanksgiving, celebrate with a local bounty from a source you trust!

We are excited to offer our signature house-made sides, pies, and vegan Wellington you have come to know and love, and local turkey, ham, and duck!

We will be taking pre-orders for Thanksgiving on Sunday, October 12th, through Tuesday, November 4th. We will also have options available in our grab-n-go coolers at both stores on a first-come, first-served basis (while supplies last; no holds). Please see the Frequently Asked Questions section below for more information on when in-store options will be available.

Payment is due at the time of pick up. Please understand that we cannot guarantee specific sizes within the ranges listed for items with a weight range.

We will be modifying our hours of operation during the upcoming holidays:

Thanksgiving Day: 8am-12pm – hot bar, salad bar & deli will be closed
Black Friday: 11am-7pm
hot bar, salad bar & deli will be open 11am-6pm
Curbside will not be available from Monday, November 24, through Sunday, November 30.

  • Please visit customer service and one of our staff members will provide you with our pre-order catalog and take your order for you.

  • Payment will be due when you come to our store to pick-up your order. Prepaying is not an option.

  • Anytime during store hours, Monday, November 24th, through Thursday, November 27th. Please go to a register and let a cashier know that you are there to pick up your order.

  • Yes, there are many!

    Our vegan options include vegan Wellington, roasted root vegetables, cornbread stuffing, roasted brussels sprouts, cranberry relish, and mushroom gravy.

    Our vegetarian options include sweet potatoes & apples, creamy mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, creamy mac & cheese, and our pies.

  • Yes, we have fresh D’artagnan Organic Turkeys (Union, NJ). However, they are not available for pre-order; starting Saturday, November 22nd, they will be available for in-store pick-up only on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Please visit the “In-Store Pickup” section of our catalog.

  • No, I am sorry, we do not. All of our turkey and duck options are uncooked.

  • Unfortunately, we price by volume and not by weight, so we can not give accurate servings for our sides. They are sold as 32 oz containers, which may vary by weight. A 32 ounce container of green bean casserole might be 3 or more pounds in weight, as opposed to the 2 lbs that you'd think for 32 oz. We are looking into focusing more on the weight of sides in the future to streamline the ordering process.

  • Yes, however only while supplies last and it is on a first-come, first-serve basis starting Monday, November 24th. We cannot hold items that have not been preordered.

  • No, unfortunately, we cannot. All items for those who did not preorder are on a first-come, first-serve basis only. 

  • Reheating instructions for all sides are included in a paper insert with all preorders. This information is also available on our website (view next section on this page).

  • Thanksgiving: 8am-12pm

    Black Friday: 11am-7pm

Cooking Instructions

Turkey Gravy
Reheat in a small saucepan on stove top. Using a low heat setting, stir frequently until gravy reaches a temperature of at least 165 F.

Mushroom Gravy
Reheat in a small saucepan on stove top. Using a low heat setting, stir frequently until gravy reaches a temperature of at least 165 F.

Green Bean Casserole
Preheat Oven to 350 F. Bake with dish covered for 35 minutes. Take out and remove cover and top with crispy onions and bake uncovered for an additional 15 min. Make sure product has reached an internal temperature of at least 165 F.

Cornbread Stuffing
Preheat Oven to 350 F. Bake with dish covered for 35 minutes. Take out and remove cover and bake for an additional 10-15 min. Make sure product has reached an internal temperature of at least 165 F.

Mac and Cheese
Preheat Oven to 350 F. Bake with dish covered for 35 minutes. Take out and remove cover and bake for an additional 10-15 min. Make sure product has reached an internal temperature of at least 165 F.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Preheat Oven to 350 F. Place Brussels sprouts on a small sheet pan and bake for 15 min or till desired "browning" has been achieved. Make sure product has reached an internal temperature of at least 165 F.

Roasted Root Veggies
Preheat Oven to 350 F. Place root veggies on a small sheet pan and bake for 10 min or till desired "browning" has been achieved. Check frequently and be careful not to burn. 

Sweet Potato & Apples
Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake covered for 30 min. Remove top and bake for an additional 10-15 min. Make sure product has reached an internal temperature of at least 165 F.

Vegan Wellington
Preheat oven to 350 F. Carefully place wellington on a sheet tray and bake on center rack (if possible). Bake for 25-35 min or until  product has reached an internal temperature of at least 165 F.
