Bloomingfoods Co-op Market announced the launch of its “Nutrition Made Easy” series at the end of May, aimed at providing accessible and engaging nutrition education for individuals and families.
According to a news release, the series, designed to demonstrate that nutrition can be both easy and delicious, will kick off on the fourth Saturday of each month, starting on May 25th. Each session will cover various aspects of healthy eating and will be open to participants aged 8 and above.
The schedule for the series is as follows:
Saturday, May 25th: “Savor summer one bite at a time! – Summer Meal Planning & Dietary Guidelines Review”
Saturday, June 22nd: “Nutrition Mission! – Nutritional Grocery Shopping (for kids)”
Saturday, July 27th: “Cultures Around the World – Exploring Food Traditions (for kids)”
Saturday, August 24th: “Nutritious can also be delicious! – Cooking with Bloomingfoods”
Saturday, September 28th: “Nutritious can also be delicious! – Cooking with Bloomingfoods”
Saturday, October 26th: “Nutritious can also be delicious! – Cooking with Bloomingfoods”
